1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hivelyn. You are responsible for the security of your account and for anything published from it. Keep your credentials safe and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Content you publish
You keep all rights to the content you publish through your Hivelyn page. You grant Hivelyn a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Hivelyn to publish illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or misuse other people's data. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that break these rules.
4. Paid plans
Paid features are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your public page will be removed.
6. Disclaimers
Hivelyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the service reliable but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
